I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which boasts a fantastic location right in the heart of Waikiki. The rooms were modern and very clean, but I think they could use some upgraded mattresses for added comfort. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making my experience even better. However, the dining options were a letdown, especially since breakfast wasn't complimentary and the selection was quite limited.
